Atacante mais experiente do Atlético-GO, Gilsinho destaca que a atenção do elenco nesses quatro jogos será essencial para a equipe buscar a classificação em cada uma das competições.

– Temos duas semanas muito importantes para o clube. São dois grandes campeonatos em jogo e temos de manter os pés no chão e manter o nível de concentração bem elevado para conseguirmos êxito nesses jogos decisivos – disse o camisa 11, autor de dois gols e cinco assistências na temporada.

Em jogos decisivos é difícil apontar um favorito. Porém, o Atlético-GO vive um bom momento na temporada. Entre o estadual e a Copa do Brasil, o Dragão soma oito vitórias seguidas.

– Estamos passando por uma sequência muito boa. Isso se deve ao comprometimento de todo o grupo. A comissão-técnica trabalha com a gente para sempre melhorar e com isso o time tem evoluído a cada partida. Essas vitórias geram uma confiança para o próximo jogo – completou Gilsinho.

Atlético-GO e Vila Nova jogam neste domingo, às 16h, pela primeira partida da semifinal do Campeonato Goiano. No meio de semana o Dragão pega o Santos na Copa do Brasil.

They had beaten West Indies last year at home without him.”We won 3-2 against West Indies last year without him, and I thought that we could have won 5-0 had he been in the team,” Mushfiqur said. “We will always miss him, although we may not see him in this series.”Mushfiqur was one of those who stepped up. Though Bangladesh had lost three wickets by the seventh over, he attacked the bowlers whenever they gave him room or strayed on to the pads. He was particularly aggressive against the spinners, and forced Nathan McCullum out of the attack. He fell for 90 off 97 balls, his first half-century score after eight innings.Mushfiqur also praised Naeem Islam, who scored 84 and put on 154 for the fourth wicket. Naeem was a last-minute replacement for Shakib and he was making a comeback after last playing in December 2012.”I have no regrets [for not getting the hundred] because the team won. I felt a little bad not to complete the century because I hadn’t scored a fifty in quite a while,” Mushfiqur said. “I was determined to give it my all today, get a partnership going. Naeem played very well. He supported me. We really needed it at the time. Everyone helps each other, not just the seniors, the younger players also chip in.”Mushfiqur is looking forward to winning the series in the second match, but he wouldn’t necessarily change the winning combination. However, the dew factor and Rubel Hossain’s success means he might still think about it.”There is not much of a chance [of playing three seamers], although we have the option of picking Ziaur Rahman. The spinners didn’t bowl too badly. Dew also has an adverse affect on the pace bowlers as it becomes slightly easier to play them when it skids through.”

Darren Sammy has admitted that West Indies were exposed completely by the 2-0 defeat against India after three-day defeats in both Kolkata and Mumbai. Sammy admitted West Indies learned a “lesson” but said that his team was better than the result would indicate.”Yes, it’s very disappointing. We never turned up in the series,” Sammy said. “We left the Caribbean at the back of six Test victories, against Bangladesh, New Zealand and Zimbabwe. Coming here really taught us a lesson, exposed us, taught us how far we are behind the top four teams in the world. We’ve just not turned up.”Sammy said West Indies were aware about how cricket would be secondary in the series that was Sachin Tendulkar’s farewell to cricket. ومن المعروف أن الموسم الجديد من الدوري الإنجليزي الممتاز سينطلق يوم الجمعة المقبل، بمباراة بين فريقي مانشستر سيتي وبيرنلي.

ويسعى بايرن ميونخ جاهدًا للحصول على خدمات هاري كين، في موسم الانتقالات الصيفي الحالي.

وقدم بطل الدوري الألماني أكثر من عرض لحسم الصفقة، ولكن الرفض كان الرد القاطع من قِبل نادي توتنهام.

وتقدم بايرن ميونخ بعرض أخير لحسم صفقة صاحب الـ30 عامًًا، ولكن مسؤولي توتنهام أصروا على رفضهم ناحية مسألة بيع نجم الفريق.

ووفقًا لصحيفة “تليجراف” الإنجليزية، فإن هاري كين لا ينوي الرحيل عن صفوف توتنهام، ما لم يتمكن بايرن ميونخ من التوصل إلى اتفاق مع الجانب الإنجليزي قبل يوم الجمعة.

وأوضحت أن هاري كين يصر على أنه لن يترك توتنهام بمجرد بدء موسم الدوري الإنجليزي، وقد حدد موعدًا نهائيًا للاتفاق حول أي صفقة هذا الأسبوع.

وأشارت إلى أن بايرن ميونخ يدرس خياراته، ورغم أنه سبق وأن قيل إن عرضه الأخير هو النهائي، إلا أنه يفكر في تقديم آخر جديد.

وأفادت بأن هناك إمكانية لتقديم عرض جديد من طرف بايرن ميونخ خلال الأيام المقبلة، خاصة وأن النادي الألماني يسعى إلى حسم الأمر في أقرب وقت ممكن قبل بداية موسمهم بمباراة السوبر الألماني ضد لايبزيج يوم السبت القادم.

A 90-run fourth-wicket partnership between Stephen Murdoch and James Franklin rescued Wellington. Murdoch had three dropped chances and made the most of them to score a 46-ball 57 with five fours and a six. Franklin also struck three sixes in his knock of 46 from 35 balls.Northern Districts found themselves in a position similar to Wellington’s early in their innings and were struggling at 39 for 4 in the seventh over.
